By accessing or using Cinnamon's mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Cinnamon is an emotionally intelligent news platform that uses AI to reframe, summarize, and adapt news content based on your preferences and emotional state. The Services are for informational and personal-use purposes only. Cinnamon does not create, verify, or own third-party news content, and we are not responsible for the factual accuracy, legality, or reliability of original sources. Cinnamon is not a news publisher and does not provide professional advice.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Cinnamon. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Third-party news content accessed through Cinnamon is owned by external sources. Cinnamon does not control or guarantee its accuracy. All Cinnamon software, designs, algorithms, and features are owned by Cinnamon Collective LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.
Cinnamon offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription price.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions) or Google Play Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Cinnamon does not provide direct refunds for subscription purchases.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinnamon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
